I'm in the same boat, was born in 1971 supposed to be indigo but I'm nothing like them, I'm more crystal, I'm shy have big eyes but on the Internet it says you've to be in you're 20s to be a crystal scout

Go with what resonates with you. Earth and humanity are resonating at a much higher frequency right now, which affects us all. So you very well could have been an Indigo, but now you are resonating higher like the crystals. The 1970s kids are also scouts with more crystal features.
