is this lucid dreaming and what was the vibration?

I am really not sure what state i was in.......if i was dreaming or what to be exact....i have been experiencing "new" things. It happened this morning after i awoke, i lay in bed and i asked spirit to give me some of tf and my history. I must have dozed back off, but i am truly not so sure i was fully asleep....because i could hear things in the house. I'm not really questioning what i saw as more what i felt..........i felt a vibration run through my body from my toes all the way up my head and back. It was like the vibration you feel from a massage chair only it happened in my body. Unfortunately, that new feeling along with what i was seeing/experiencing freaked me out and i believe i tried to stand up and it all went away and i awoke, or came back to present.....don't really know how to phrase this. Experiences please

You might have had a brief astral projection. The vibrations are common exit symptoms, as is the fear that can accompany leaving your body when you're not used to it. That fear would easily bring you back to your body and end up waking you up. You should read more about astral projection/out of body experiences and see if it seems similar to what you experienced

thank you ribiq........i also posted to the astral projection forum. It does sound as though that may be a possibility. Two days prior in the am i had another such experience, but did not reach vibration.

I agree what you describe sounds possibly a prelude to astral projection.
At least that what Robert Monroe has written... can't say from personal experience. OR prelude to an abduction (that I've experienced) but it was more an energy buzz than a vibration.

Yeah the folks at that site are quite serious about Lucid dreams... & any dreamstates ... very knowledgeable ......
