Hand in Dream

Hi. This is my first post here. I'd like to mention that I am still very young (not even of age to legally drink) and quite inexperienced in some ways.

Moving on though, I would like to get interpretations of a dream that I had this morning.

I was just laying in my bed. It was very simple. I 'woke up' in the lucid dream and there was a hand near my ceiling, coming out of my wall. I believe my cat was near me, too. I started thinking of the Brow Chakra.

After that, I was laying down without movement until I heard a Crow. This is while I was thinking of a girl, yet I can't recall exactly who it was. I don't believe I've seen her.

I then woke up. (Again?)

I am hoping that people here can help me interpret this.
