My mind makes my audio crackle

My mind is making my speakers crackling. My psychosis do that every time. My energies/electricity is distracting my PC's audio playback.

You need to google "slider phenomenon". There is a whole lot of information on what you're describing as well as some videos with people who experience it. I found this information when I was going through similar experiences. I would affect electrical wherever I went. I understand it now and have more of a handle on how to deal with it so it has eased back some. It sounds as though you may be a slider too.

Let's just put it this way, I am way too much of a realist to give my mind credit for anything, when there's a logical, debunkable explanation for it.

Anyway, one of my first happenings were, when I went to help my friend who installed doors to the house's. We went to the house, carried a door in, and there was two electric lamps I was looking at. I was thinking that "could I break em, but didn't want to break" - but I looked at them one more time and this time I did want to break em. I felt like sending a signal to the lamp A) and it broke. The owner and my friend were like, "oh the lamp broke". But then I was looking at the second lamp as well. And again, I was sending a signal to break it, and it happened. Nowdays I have problems with my speakers crackling. Not recently, it usually happens when my mind is full of pressure and when I'm in psychosis, it's almost quarnteed to happen. I also can get my kitchen's fridge to do a "Knock" sound. If I feel like I'm over a kitchen, even when I'm actually in a livingroom, I think my energies travel to kitchen and do the sound. And yeah, a certain mental state makes my lamps blink. My uncle was like, "that's normal" when it happens - it's your mind doing it.

Sounds as though you may have more going on. Perhaps telekenesis abilities if you were able to do that. I know in the earlier days I was affecting many things with my energies. I once stopped at our local grocery store during the early hours of the morning before work, noone else was around. I was approximately about 10-12 feet away from the automatic doors and they started opening and closing. I was not sure it was me and at first thought possibly they were just malfunctioning. It wasn't until the second morning I stopped and it happened again that I decided to test it out. I took one step forward (again I was 10 foot away) and the door went wacky opening and closing, then I stepped backwards a couple feet and it stopped completely. I repeated this about 3 times just to be sure what was happening. Along comes the first shift manager of that store to start work and stopped and watched what I was doing stepping forward and then back again. He was astounded by what the doors did and I even asked him if there was any problem they had with those doors and he said never before. He said the sensor on them is only when you get onto the pad of the door and not where I was standing. He let out a nervous chuckle and after watching me step forward and back again said he felt for certain the problem with the doors was me. I only suspected I could be the source because at this same time I had a ton of electrical and electronic issues going on as well at my home. Not to mention blowing many light bulbs just getting near them or touching them. I feel I got myself a bit more grounded over the years and got a better hold on it. It only happens once in a while, not like before but it's usually when my emotions are running high.
