hello, darling. this has been such an adventure, no? I've awaken from my deep slumber. n o longer do i try to barricade ourselves into an enclosing room filled with selfishness, lies, and obsession.

I am still learning. I am still growing. Expanding. Today I had a moment of release from you. Did not weep, but mourned. For with these new eyes, and expanding heart, I saw me for who I was. And how we were. Today I let that go. I want you, my love, to stay in the present and try to not break off elsewhere down memory lane

and just know that I am out there, silently observing
