Question: Should I leave my current job for a new job opportunity?

Looks like it says you have to make a choice ( lovers) to leave a place that no longer serves you or giving you satisfaction ( five of pentacles). The High priestess is asking you to use your intuition, guidance system and trust what you feel deep in your gut is accurate.

imho Tarot doesn't really answer yes or no but its asking you to trust what you have been feeling for a long time now... I would think Yes... However, I would keep asking questions centered around it. "would this new opportunity be a good fit for me" " somewhere along those lines that leaves the cards focused on 1 job

I will give you my take on these...

The lovers = unknown

Fives are rests or pauses

The High Priestess is a communication indicator

It looks like a no, but there is some communication needed. Maybe if you open up more with others or management where you are now, it could be resolve the need to job change. Somehow there is some communication area the cards end on which seems to suggest some step of communication. That is just my quick take. If it was me I would try to stay put in work, looking back I jumped around too much, would have been better for me to have worked it out where I was.

Difficult as you asked a "Yes/No" question...
Best rephrase it and then draw cards.

perhaps pull a clarification card, however this says you like your job but your subconscious will guide you. you really need more cards for such a reading but if you want a yes or no answer then just use ONE card. none of these are negative cards. maybe youve grown close to some at work, msybe your tired of the job but you like it, maybe maybe, pull a clarification card and see what it says

Why bother? OP hasn't responded whatsoever in the week and a half since posting their question. Not very respectful to ask people to invest time & energy and not even acknowledge it. Happens too often on here. I wished mods would close such topics.

Some like to wait and get multiple interp's before commenting. Also,some feel as though commenting too soon may influence the interpretations.
To each their own.

I value and thank everyone that has commented and taken the time and energy to participate thus far.

IMO, everyone has been correct so far n one way or another.
And, everyone has offered some valuable advice which I will take and utilize.

I will comment further later on down the road, as the situation is still unfolding.
