HI ALL!
I am new to the forums. 31y.o. male here, going through a bit of a rough patch in life. I've lost all friends for one reason or another, some I've had to (regrettably) walk away from on my own because they were holding me back from my own spiritual development. I'm also recovering from a breakup that was filled with a tremendous amount of synchronicities and it's still, over a year later, very difficult for me to come to terms with how horribly things ended in what seemed like it was so clearly 'meant to be'. As a result I've spent much time soul searching, I became a vegetarian in Jan2017 in effort to clear out negativity, and I'm living day to day positive keeping faith that things happened for a reason just as the universe intended and that the right things will come along. Hopefully this platform can help me get my mind off of the loss and help me grow wiser and stronger. I look forward to hopefully meeting new people both online and in my area (Richmond VA USA!) with a similar mindset as my own. I do not go to school AND I work overnight so as you can imagine it's not easy to meet new people in my situation. Will hopefully change that soon.
A little (more) about me: I am a Sagittarius so I am naturally a philosopher and talk maybe just a LITTLE too much (ha). I'm a fire sign so I'm quite energetic and often times I have trouble controlling my emotions (temper) but as said above diet is helping me manage that. I have always been passionate about art, my grandfather was an artist for the pentagon. I stepped away all through my 20s but I'm now returning to what I feel is my purpose. I am interested in 'conspiratorial' subject matter, dream interpretation (I keep a journal), spiritual awakening, ancient cultures, alternative medicine, how the brain works -- many many things that are discussed on here. I have many hobbies going on in life right now, perhaps I've taken on too much but I will do my best to stay active and learn as much as I can. I'm very excited, everybody stay in touch!
