I'd like to know if there is way to know if the things I'm hearing and seeing are real,I have episodes and I definitely get spiritual truths from these episodes and physical things happen to me during these episodes so that should prove the reality of it.
But I just don't know.how do you determine the truth of what your experiencing,how do you know if it's truly meaningful or a lie,trick ?

To give an example,someone who sees pink elephants on LSD,I have visions without any sort of drugs
The pink elephants aren't real are they? Why is he seeing pink elephants and not something else,is there some sort of meaning there.
