cold hands

Hello! So I am very curious about having cold hands. My hands are almost always cold to the touch. It has been this way for a long time. I will shake hands with someone or touch someone and it seems that about 80 percent of people ask me why my hands are so cold. Some people have jumped after I touch them because they are cold to them. I always thought it could have been circulation, but i have always been super active, running, swim team, and so much!

Does anyone have experiences with cold hands? do you think it is health related or spiritual?

blessings!

Thought I'd read some starkids have lower than average body temp.
I've met a couple young women with cool hands, kinda odd but nice.

Hello

First I would rule out any circulation issues. I know for a time I had high blood pressure and was not aware of it, and I had cold hans.

If its not that and ye still have cold hands it could be tied to the energy frields of the body and in balancing the Chakras at times it does help with things like cold digets.

For me I have to watch closely if I get a fever, I can run one spiking at 103-105 and still be fully funtional to answer all the Dr questions. I went into the ER once with asthma issues and the next thing I remember was them getting a crash cart for me. it was not used but it was that close I was told. I get very hot very fast and I run 2 decrees higher as a rule.

When people comment on it you should say "You know what they say, cold hands means a warm heart." It's a saying that's always made me smile

I had Raynauds Syndrome. My hands and feet get extremely cold. If I would touch a grocery cart that was cold after being brought inside in winter, the tips of my fingers would flatten out and turn purple. It would take a long time for them to return to normal. I also have cold hands and feet.

However, that is no longer a problem since I started using fish oil capsules before bedtime. When I first started doing it, I did it for about 3 days and realized that it helped. But I'm lazy about vitamins and such and the fourth night forgot. I was too lazy to get out of bed and take it. My feet started hurting because they were so cold. I got up and took some and within 10 minutes I had relief. I take them faithfully now and have been for 3 years. I also never have splits in my hands during winter anymore either! If you look up benefits of fish oil, you'll be amazed at the things it can help.

4everLove - I have always been very active and yet I've also always had Raynaud's Syndrome. I see that several people have already talked about it. I have extremely low blood pressure and my hands and feet are always cold. Not sure if the low blood pressure contributes. At any rate, I can't go outside in the winter without gloves or go in the refrigerated section of the grocery store without gloves or I lose blood circulation in my finger tips and the tips turn blue and lose feeling. Fish oil and Vitamin D help Raynaud's Syndrome. Have you asked your physician about your cold hands to see what he/she thinks?

I'm a massage therapist and energy healer. Normally my hands go with the weather; warm in the summer, cold in the winter. This is because I have a 'neutral' energy flow at rest. Some people have a high flow and some a low which can warm or cool the hands. Before giving treatments I always ground and center, increasing my flow and find that my hands warm up quite dramatically, depending on how long the meditation is and how long before a treatment.

Basically, you have a low flow of energy in your hands. By working on opening your energy channels you can increase this flow. If you need to know how to do some Cycling exercises let me know and I can try to teach you.
