eczema

my 14 years son has very dry skin and eczema on his face at the moment ,he also is autistic and wont use any creams, i have to apply them when he is asleep, most of the usual emolliants dont seem to be working very well,are there any natural products i could you he seems to be sensetive to much of the stuff sold over the counter, also he suffers from stress and anxiety especially going to school

How long has he had this eczema and what meds have been tried?

as a baby, it has only reappeared 2 months ago, emolliants ,steroid creams ,and for some strange reason the doc prescribed antibiotics ,

I had trouble with eczema for years. I will spare you the less than delicate details. But after a long period of various creams and pills he gave in and went for the Accutane. It was rough stuff to the body, expensive too, and I had to go on it for months but it killed that eczema dead and I have never had it since.

It's not a home remedy, but my chiropractor recently got himself a laser treatment machine. I have that same type of skin condition and I've been given treatments for a couple of weeks now and it has worked wonders. He's also treating my strained shoulder with it.

I would not recommend the Accutane for your son at all. The side effects would not be worth it.
