Yes sorry read your post again. I guess you mean their realm is more of an earth like realm. I think there are healing centers at the higher levels too though. Apparently we all need to go to one upon arriving on the other side.

The non-physical aspects of heaven is just a theory I have based on people's NDEs, APs and a couple of authors I read on the nature of reality. Of course, I could be way off...

In the movie, there was one mention of manifesting. I forget the characters name, but Andre mentioned his clothes and the man responded by saying that he will teach him how to mentally produce clothing. But, you're right, not much talk about manifesting beyond that in the movie.

I think its a good movie , but its a writer/movie makers idea of the astral /after life . I agree with the idea of we all punishing our selvs . The doc. in the story choses to leave hell , the others are given the same chose , but chose to stay in there own hell . The movie is on you tube , if you can find in in English . Its called NossoLar . meaning our home .

Yes in fact one main difference between the intermediate levels and earth levels is that you can create things and yes manifest, meaning that if you want something to materialize you just need to mentally concentrate and then it appears. There is a great book to read more about these levels called The Multidemensional Man by Jergen Ziewe.
