hearing voices during near deep sleep/ and hot flashes

i wonder if you can give me some advice because i feel confused. for some time now i have been hearing voices during near deep sleep but then i wake up with fear looking around if someone is there. Also i wake up after a here voices with lots of hot flashes. I wake up very hot. can u tell me what i am going threw?

Hearing voices before or after sleep is a form of telepathy. We are all telepathic. Most of us deny that ability so it sneaks up on us when we are not consciously blocking it.

I have no ideas about your hot flashes, sorry.

When i'm tired, i start to hear conversations, mostly high and soft female and childlike voices.

But not sure about the Hot flashes tho :)

the voices stops from time to time, im in one of those breaks when i dont here it for weeks. as for the hot flashes it stopped. I dont know why either.

I get that from time to time. After awhile I figured it was spiritual guides since the voices tend to answer questions I was thinking as I dosed off. You may want to do some research on clairaudience.
The hot flashes I don't know. Maybe you its from excitement/or nervousness. When your heart rate increases it'll spike your body temp.

Not sure about the sensations that you're getting but it sounds like it could be a energy thing. Like maybe that's a guides way of letting you know that their there. There are a lot of people on the boards who have good information about their experiences with guides. You may get some good responses from the spiritual development thread.

I think this happens because when you're asleep, your consciousness is on another plane and when you're falling asleep, these two planes mix together. When you're awake, you can block any signs or messages that spirits might be trying to send to you but when you're falling asleep, you let your guard down. I don't think it's anything to worry about though :)

so far the hot flashes stopped and now i just hear noise from time too time, i also was having somekind of out of body experience if it is one, i was dreaming in being in a warm landscape probalby a beach, then i felt as if something was holding underneath my arms and pulled me out of my dream, i started too see somekind of dark plane, not airplane, i mean in dimension. I got scared and woke up and i felt the sensation of my arms after i was awake as if someone was grabing me underneath my arms?

I've had that sensation of someone rolling me over, pulling me out of bed and out of body too. My reaction has been different depending on how experienced I was.

Early on, I struggled and fought it which would take several minutes of intense focus and effort. Later I learned to send loving thoughts. Loving thoughts work much faster and the least amount of effort! In a pinch, you can call your spirit guides to protect you and get rid of anything bothering you.
