What is the meaning of this synchronicity?

I'm not 100% sure if this would class as a synchronicity but when it clicked in my mind I felt there was more to the situation and I feel I also may have missed out on the opportunity that may have been there for me.

Today I had a half day at work, I booked the morning off to have the time to use the shopping voucher I got for my birthday. I am practicing self care and love so instead of rushing around and getting frustrated I took my time and enjoyed my day. On the bus to town I heard teenagers talking about a fight at their college, a girl had got beaten up by many other kids and they said she had a belt mark across her face. Her name was Abigail which is my guardian angels name so that pricked my ears to hear what they were saying. I was shocked but thought he may be exaggerating. On the way home I got a different bus home that goes a different way and there was a girl that sat behind me, talking to someone about this fight and said the girl had been badly beaten up and said about the belt mark on her face too, she said they were wiping her with the belt. I was shocked again that they would gang up on someone like that, and felt strongly that if I was there, I would have done all I could to grab the belt and get them away from her. Also thought it was strange that I heard about it twice on two different buses. On the bus home too an old friend from school got on the bus and I didn't say hello as I find new or unexpected social situations very nerve wracking. I've seen her a few times over the last year, and her mum but I don't say hello I pretend I haven't seen them which I feel bad about and feel that this may be an opportunity for me if I was to speak to her. I done two angel readings today and they both had the card for synchronicity and to watch out for those events. It's only when I sat down this evening and thought about my day that it all pieced together. But I am at a loss about what this could be showing me or guiding me towards. Would appreciate to know if there is any meaning here that can be seen, I thought maybe I should be protecting vulnerable people which is something close to my heart, but maybe an objective message may be clear, would appreciate input on this :)

I personally view all signs as a direction to better myself.

Seems like you and others were outraged. Then the friend popped up. Sounds like You got your attention and then served yourself a friend to vent about what you overheard and you let yourself convince yourself not to. Fear is not a natural state. maybe you were trying to get yourself out of that OLD habit. Maybe just to create a NEW habit of talking to people as much as possible?

Yes I have been realising this too, if something feels significant, then it probably is. I do hold myself by not talking to people so I will work on this, I can see how my old friend popping up was a creation to change this, thank you :)
