you can choose to expand your consciosness beyong limited norms. Higher and lower may be someones personal perspective on what that is and means and what they would compare it to?

I'm in a body. I'll be judged during my stay in this body. At that level of consciousness , i believe I am this body and so do outsiders looking at me from their body.
When I choose to shift my conscious awareness higher as in see it all from a 'higher mind' I see the illusion of the body as the truth and how deceived I and others are by it. I no longer see 'colour' or race or gender in that state of awareness.

I cant live in that state 24/7. you got to chop wood right? and with so many ego bodies in 3d conscious awareness. i get to integrate it all, be here, be judgmental, be judged and none of it matters. Its just a state of mind. Which can change often and does in many. when I die, you bet your bottom dollar i wont remember your name let alone what I judged you for. 3d is what it is. surface. what you see, is what you get.
