need help
This morning I felt a two spirits near me. A cat or a dog, it was tiny like a puppy. I heard their tag move and a dark spirit was hanging over me on my left. The puppy jumped on my bed and the spirit made me nervous, & frightened. So I turned on some happy music and fell back to sleep. How can I control when they visit me? What was the spirit? And how can I see them in the physical?

Learn to put protection around yourself. An easy way is to surround yourself with white light. But look it up- there are many ways to protect yourself.
