I eat babies.

Grilled. Fried. Toasted. Fresh.

They all taste good.

somehow I just can't eat curry flavored food , the recipes always sound good but there is something about the taste .... ohhh and if you use it when cooking, the whole living area has a distinct curry aroma !

I don't think I have ever tasted a papaya, might have to try one !

Dream Angel,
I prefer snacks, cereals and something to munch like apple or carrot.

Dougles,

Welcome to the forum ! I was just thinking of this thread the other day, and here you are with a reply. Thank you for your suggestions, there are some good cereals out there for snacking, bite size pieces and always good to munch on apples and carrots. I have also heard that white colored fruits/ veggies are extra good for you too, such as pears and cauliflower, not in the same recipe though.

Dream Angel xx

To athribiristan

I go through cycles where food just doesn't appeal. I try to stick to my regular diet as best I can but I inevitably end up skipping meals and leaving out snacks. I end up eating things that I can just grab and eat like yogurt, sandwiches, bagels, cereal, granola mix, string cheese, because I feel even less like making food than I do like eating it. Then I go the other way and eat everything in sight for a couple of days, and then I level out for a while.

Very strange cycle but I've learned to live with it.

I am totally with you on that one!! This sounds exactly like me - I'll go a couple days just "munching" on quick foods....then be starving all the time for two days after :)

When I don't really feel like anything, I stick with simple things: smoothies, or a basic veggie soup. Dried fruit is always easy to munch on (my fave being dried pineapple!)

Also - as an alternative to peanut butter, you can also get sunflower seed butter, as well :)
