How to get past vibrations - seeing eyes

Been trying to project for a while but I haven't had much success. I keep seeing these two eyes staring at me whenever im at the vibration state. THey're kinda in the darkness. I can see the sclera and pupils that are yeah sunken in the darkness while my eyes are closed

Well as long as you're staying calm and physically relaxed, then performing an exit technique is the next step. You can end up seeing all sorts of things before/while projecting, that's where mindfulness comes in handy; Just notice the things that you're seeing, don't latch onto them and form new lines of thought about them. Allowing whatever you're seeing to fade away without losing your centeredness will make projection possible. meditation and lucid dreaming are also good practices for astral projection
