*Tip* Recording Your Affirmative Talking

Hello

Does anyone else do this ?? :)
I find it very useful to record my voice speaking
encouranging ,positive ,joyful ,peaceful ,loving,
high vibrational thoughts. :))

Then listen it after waking up ,in the middle of the day ,
before sleep !!!

Feels GOOD to listen yourself speaking so friendly and lovely to you !!!

Oh also using your favorite peaceful ,joyful music as background music is also awesome !!!!

ooh I had forgotten that one, theres a follow on from this I remember reading somewhere, that following logic of the power of two (if two of you agree it is done), if you record your own voice, agreeing your intentions, it is like telling some one, then listening them agree with you back ( the recording) if that makes sense. can't think where I read this though. also if you think about duality and the two you's agreeing then theres a logic in that too. blessingsx
