Whats the ebst protection, from dark forces, negative energies, evil, unwanted entaties, beings spirits, etc?

I use the lesser banishing ritual of the pentegram and like bubble white light,

Another aid you could call on are angels. The aspect of fear does play a part. Such things can feed off of fear energy. Using the methods you have spoken of and strengthening yourself to tell these energies to leave and don't give them the energy they seek will also help.

The reality is that all evil comes from within the self. Your best protection is kindness and compassion.

Every human is a divine energy expressing itself in human duality. We all have an exaggerated fear factor implanted in us so that we can carry out our mission.

In truth, the only thing you need to fear is fear itself.

Fear is very real to people simply saying it doesn't exist may be a place to start to better understand it but it doesn't facilitate the comfort, care, and help one needs to get to the point where they can say with confidence that 'fear isn't real'...
