The first time I came into contact with selenite it was quite a heavy globe of the stuff. Oh my goodness the headache it gave me! It made me feel sick and light headed for a couple of hours after. (I went back a week later and bought it cause I knew it was a good'un.)
Selenite is a very soft substance, dissolvable, some people like to dissolve it into water and drink it for energy. I have yet to try this. It can be easily tarnished, so look after your selenite and try to keep it away from sharp objects. It's fantastic for deep, deep meditation, and it just brings peace to a room. Selenite can be very warming if used correctly and it makes you feel so relaxed, and so happy.

I have not have experience like that yet but i have been told my crown chakra is only opened a little.

Selenite is attributed more so with the spritual, angelic energies than anything else. Think of it as a bridge between the physical and the spiritual realms where spiritual impressions may be transmitted through the crystal.

Yeah we want to hear your stories.I don't know if i want to drink the energy as yet.I havent meditated with it so maybe i will try
