Cool AM,
I will certainly give it a go.
In the mean time if anyone has a pic of an orb listening to instructions, I'd love to see it. Just curious !

Hey Guys,
I did a few tests below.
First I blew dust off an old cupboard and slapped a dusty chair cushon and took some pics all around the room. with and without the curtains drawn.
Second I did meditation and afterwards I was relaxed and quite open. I asked spirits to show up as orbs in certain areas, including the palm of my hand.
Guess what !!! every image showed not one orb.
Hmmm

On Xmas day the pics I took where positively just filled with orbs. I must get them on the puta and post one or two. I think we had a full house that day..gate crashes....it was a lovley welcoming home!
