I see poeple's thoughts and memories. Please help.

Hi everyone,
It only occurred me to ask this question this week even though it is something I've been trough my whole life, the reason to wake up to the subject is that my headaches are getting frequent.

Every time I try to pray, communicate with my spirit guides, mentally talk with my dogs I started to immediately have headaches and also feel my energy dropping. Now, even when I'm not purposely reaching out to something I have headaches, strong ones.

What made me think that I could be a telepathic is the fact that I can see mini movies in my head in which I'm seeing through the eyes of other people.
It's like I'm picking up other people's thoughts. I also can hear them with my head. Curiously this process doesn't give me headaches at all but the contrary in which I am the one trying to send a message I feel this pressure on my third eye and the pain right away.

I'm 24 years old and I never requested to read/see people's thoughts, they just happen by themselves and I've only been able to identify the source of a thought/memory (because I was seeing through the guy's eye a memory that he had with his girlfriend or something like that) once, it was a guy sitting next to me, you see, it was very intimate. I giggled a little but it's not right to be receiving those kinds of images, people must have privacy.

So I'm not sure if this is telepathy, but I also don't know what is is.
Could someone help me out? My headaches are annoying and now I started to feel dizzy too.

Hello,

My understanding is that we are all telepathic and psychic to some extent. Do your best to relax and be calm when you have these experiences. I suspect those headaches are caused by anxiety and not the experience itself.
