Overwhelmed! Help.
Hi everyone,
I am just so overwhelmed by all the guides and tutorials out there for AP. I don't know where to start. I've been trying (started a year a go, and gave up after a month or so, started again now though), but I can never get past the vibrational stage. It's very frustrating. I want to ASTRAL PROJECT!

A lot of people can ap lots of times then for some reason it is a lot harder to do. When that happens you have to put more effort into it to increase your chances. There is a recent thread on Astral Pulse about how to get pass the vibration stage or something similar. That might help you. You can look at threads on Spiritual Forum. I am sure there is lots of information.

The thing that ruins the process during the vibrational stage is either fear or excitement. Eye know these emotions are very hard for humans to tame. But do your best.
