Ordered a bunch of vegetarian food for next year.

I have been vegan in the past.

Well I am getting a bit fed up of everything - so I have gone ordered a plant food grocery for the new year.

I need to lower my cholesterol before i see my GP in spring. lol.

Maybe give it another go.

Congrats to you Burntfruit on giving the vegan diet another go. Thank you for making this choice. I recommend also doing it for animals as well. Knowing that other lives are benefiting from your change is super charger for motivation.

I have ordered a powerful blender. The plan is to be able to make breakfast and lunch smoothies. thinking of making an oat based smoothie for breakfast.

For dinner i will have a rice based dish with curry or chili etc. Pasta too.

I could do with a health kick, :).

I make oat based smoothies all the time. My favorite is, oats, banana, chia, cacao, almond milk. Best wishes with your new diet.
