There's nothing to do as there's no technique other than; whatever is done or occuring, as it's happening, and whatever it is is meditation!

And yes, that includes any idea about going upstairs to do any formal and rehearsed form of meditation aswell.

Surrender to the moment.....I like it.

Yes, and even not surrendering to the moment is all day meditation aswell.

Whether surrendered to or not...it still is...within it's own isn't!

Ah but the isn't lacks the sparkle of is unless you are with the right people and then the isn't almost becomes the best type of IS, the type you pretend you want to a-void but a void which you secretly enjoy getting sucked into.
