backround noise?
I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but lately I've been experiencing what sounds like a distant television in my head. Sometimes it sounds like people talking but it's too quiet to make out what they're saying. I also hear a lot of music. That's usually when it's the loudest.
Today I heard laughing even:-)
I'm curious about what makes this come at certain times and not others. It seems to happen a lot when I'm not meditating but kind of in the zone doing whatever. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Hi,
In my view, we are all telepathic and psychic. This experience is like an awareness notification that you are connected in some way with everything that is.
There are many who hear sounds like people talking who ask me questions about telepathy. I do not have any strong insights about what is going on. However what you describe does happen to others.

Hey!
I've experienced this too. I used to think I was hearing the radio when there wasn't anything on. It later transformed into a high-pitched ringing. I made a post about this, so if it happens to change for you as well, you have a little info to check out. As far as the times it happens: it seemed to only come full-blast when I'm focusing on something important. The struggle is real.
