Are they just dreams?
Occasionally I've had odd dreams. The first and weirdest was when I was around 14 I woke up to see my older self (30's) standing by the window and turned and smiled at myself. Fast forward to when I was 32. I dreamt I visited my younger self in my own bedroom. Exactly same scenario
Second I dreamt my friend had her baby prematurely and I found out next day she had and it very sadly passed away
Third- I recently met whom I believe to be a soulmate ( we are currently not togerter) just before we split we argued and I turned my mobile off. That night I dreamt he was in a huge rage with himsejf for losing me and got mad
I found out next day that was true. He threw his iPad and smashed it.
Infact I dreamt lots of things about him that were later true
He had tattoo done and I dreamt that same day but he hasn't said a word
What do all these mean?

If you're asking if your "dreams" could be astral projections then there is two answers technically speaking. Before getting into either of those answers first I'd like to take a moment and explain that the differences between dreaming (specifically lucid dreaming) and astral projection are very few and in many cases not even worth mentioning, but for educational purposes I will mention them. The one thing that distinguishes a lucid dream from an astral projection is whether or not a person is in a conscious state of thought and awareness at a specific moment in time. In regular non-lucid dreams a person will not ever enter a conscious state of thought and awareness, during a lucid dream the person will enter a conscious state of thought and awareness typically after their consciousness has shifted out of their physical body and the physical dimension into another body and dimension, and through astral projection most people will maintain a conscious state of thought and awareness prior to their consciousness shifting bodies and dimensions and then only losing consciousness briefly as they shift bodies and dimensions and then re-entering a conscious state quickly after that happens. But keep in mind most of those distinctions and the experiences based around them can be incredibly flexible often blurring the proverbial line between what a lucid dream and an astral projection really is. We can and do dream and project in the same bodies and dimensions and so anything we experience in a dream we can experience in a projection, and anything we experience in a projection we can experience in a dream. So technically speaking your dreams are exactly that - dreams. But just because they are labeled and considered only dreams doesn't mean there cannot be any mystical experience in them, any wisdom or truth in them, or that they are simply "illusions of your conscious and subconscious mind" as many people believe they are.

I agree with Astral Explorer, dreams, lucid dreams and astral projections are the same phenomena with different levels of awareness.
There is a theory that a universal consciousness is the basis for all material reality, space and time are only illusions created by a material world created by consciousness. Consciousness itself is not restricted to space and time, it can go back and forth and retrieve information from this and other dimensions. In dreams, LD and APs we're able to do just that. In my opinion, that's what you experienced.

I don't think most dreams are dreams at all, this is based on many years of my own dream journaling and research.
You could be projecting in your sleep and not realizing, and that is how you 'know' so much info about your bf.
The description of you looking at yourself in your room, reminded me of an experience a long time ago, that a boyfriend told me about that involved me. He claimed that as he got out of the bathroom and entered the bedroom, he saw me standing by the window looking out, but quickly noticed that I was also laying in bed. I came awake hearing him call my name, he said as soon as he called my name I was no longer by the window. He was pretty shaken up.

Sounds to me like you had a few glimpses of alternate timelines. This happens to me personally a lot with astral projection, and like you stated, some of the stuff hasn't happened yet in my current timeline.
Example...
I had a Parallel timeline projection a while ago and I was trying to explain to my wife (in the parallel timeline) what was happening. While this was going on a little poodle was yapping away in the background and I said "see, I can prove it, we do not own a DOG!" she then explained to me we were watching it for someone... Well, low and behold 2 days ago (in real life)my Wife says "Hey, this lady I know will pay us $300 to watch her poodle for a few weeks"
I basically had a glimpse of this already happening in a separate timeline.
In my opinion It doesn't mean you can tell the future or are physic since all timelines are different, you have probably seen other things that never came true in your timeline but played out in a parallel existence. Quite honestly, I'm not sure it has a point at all or if it does, it's currently beyond my comprehension. I have had this happen more than once though, and I do believe it is more than "coincidence" for whatever thats worth :)
