Chakra Clearing Meditation

I was wondering if anyone here does chakra clearing meditations?
I have just recently started doing it and I have found that it has made my life so much better.

ive done something similar enlightner, called the healing pool, where you go into a pool and start with red water and immerse your whole body feeling all the colour within your mind,body,spirit, and then go on to yellow,orange and upwards to your crown chakra feeling all the colours in the pool.
i think its very good for your chakras and helps me cleanse them.

I've been using the CD by Doreen Virtue but when I first started using it ...and still now...I feel like my life is getting 'worse.' I can't help but feeling like it's stripping away all the things I thought I needed.

One thing I use is Brain Sync ! they have a new cd called "Awakening Kundalini"and you can go on the web site and listen to a 20 minute audio of the author ! I bet youll really like it

Another thing came to mind ! you can use sacred geometry symbols like an infinety symbol in quiet meditation to clear chakras of retained enegies and infuse christ consciousness
