Ancient Lore

Had this funny thought just now; that what we explore here at SF is in many ways Ancient Lore which has been passed down from eons past. Much of our wisdom and understanding is LORE. It is something which humanity used to value, but which has been lost in modern times.

Old Wives Tales, Fairy Tales, Religious Wisdom, Spiritual Insights, etc. are all things which we value here. Perhaps we are what is left of the olde humanity? Perhaps we are the remnants of the old tribes? Maybe we stuck to our guns over the eons while most of humanity wondered off?

Ancient lore is alive and well in the oral histories. Behind every myth/legend/folk tale, there is truth for those who are prepared to seek it out.
WRitten histories cannot be trusted because they are all written from a p.o.v.

Lore changes over time so it's not exactly accurate, but it can retain some meaning, and written codes are quite new, but math holds exact information throughout time.

I agree with Norseman.

We have to seek out what rings true to each of us.

What a wonderful journey!
