Energy/Vibrations

I read somewhere once that everything in the universe emminates some sort of energy/vibration. What exactly does this mean? What does this specifically tell us and how can we use this knowledge to our advantage?

The Universe comes from the Light. The Light was first before everything else, even the Original Creator. We can follow the path of the Original Creator by seeking the Light.

Maverick... Everything that exists, even what appears to be solid matter, is actually energies... atoms, electrons, photons, particles and waves. In fact our own bodies and minds are made of various forms and vibrations of energies.

We can use it by observing our own energy patterns and choosing to redirect or change them by the powers of our attention and intention.
