How to ask the universe what you nèed when you don't know what it is and how to recognise it when given

It's quite easy to work out what you need. If simple little "me" can do it so can anyone!! You need a roof over your head, food and water to survive healthily. Clothing to keep you warm enough and fit you into your community; a bed, a table, a chair and kitchen stuff to prepare your food.

And human company. So you need to pull in enough money to pay for that. Therefore you may also need transport to take you to and from your job.

You'll need exercise but you have access to that now, presumably.

Anything else is nice-to-have, not need.

So...good luck sorting it out.

How can you ask for something you need when you don't know what that need is?

Remain open to everything and attached to nothing IMO.

Need is crave and desire, which produces attachment, so I'd steer clear of that mindset, personally.
