Tips for my liver
Years of overindulgence in booze has wreaked havoc on my liver and general health~ I already use castor oil packs,serapeptase,milk thistle,juniper but would also like to know crystal ,colour therapy etc thnx

Milk Thistle is fantastic for healing the liver... I work with crystal singing bowls and would suggest working on your Solar Plexus Chakra, A crystal singing bowl tuned to the "E" note would help, you can hold it and play it or place it over your liver. Amazon has quite a selection of bowls a 6 inch bowl costs about $65.00 an 8 inch would be better and starts around $85.00.
I also work with crystals, and I'm feeling in your case Gaspeite would also be good for you. although not specifically used for liver ailments, I'm "getting" that it would be helpful for you.

That crystal does look appealing when I googled the images..very rare though so I expect it will be expensive/hard to get

You can find it on etsy or eBay fairly reasonably priced (for pendants...$20)
The Australian stuff has pretty much dried up and is going up in price but there is some that the Navajo have that is very reasonable too.

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar w/the mother ...
It's a raw organic unfiltered antioxidant ...
I drink 2tbls w/berry flavored Propel 3xs daily; be sure to rinse your mouth afterwards to prevent it from ruining tooth enamel ...
Wal-mart has recently started selling it so you don't have to buy it at a health food store if you don't frequent one & it's also cheaper ...
I have diabetes, ACV has kept my liver healthy for the last 22yrs ...
Be sure to buy Bragg b/c regular apple cider vinegar is pasteurized meaning the health properties have been destroyed from heat ...

Thanks I do buy it but have not been using it regularly recently, I am in UK and get Aspinalls-google Dr Mercola he reckons you should take it before going to bed
