is Feeling pain first step to heart chakra opening ?

“ I’m currently dealing with a heart chakra opening and I’m feeling a lot of pain in my chest. The negative feelings I have been having about myself are finally coming to the surface. Although it is painful emotionally and physically, I am grateful these feelings are finally coming to the surface so I can deal with them. If they were left buried in my heart chakra they would continue to fester. Now I am able to use those feelings to grow and blossom a beautiful flower in my heart. A seed has been planted today .

Rose quartz is often associated with love for another person, but it can really aid with love for oneself . After feeling these heart chakra pains in my chest, I grabbed my rose quartz and put it against the center of my chest and laid down. I felt all of the negative emotions , and I (my spiritual self) gave love to me (my human self). Gave love to all my imperfections, me not developing as fast as I want to see results, me being hurtful to myself. The rose quartz has a gentle energy that assists in the healing of ones heart chakra.

What caused this heart chakra opening / pain ( is it the same thing ? ) was me opening up to my friend about a past heartbreak that I have been trying not to deal with. We talked all night about it. Me and this person last spoke 3 months ago, and I thought that with simple time, not necessarily dealing with it, that these feelings would go away. Wrong . These feelings did not go away at all , but they simply went deeper in my heart to hide. After recounting and re-living all of the events and emotions to my close friend, my heart chakra began to hurt again .

I did a heart chakra meditation and felt healing in my heart. Not as much as I want , but I have to forgive myself for not healing right away. It the right thing to just begin to try to heal.




After this meditation I felt attracted to the rose quartz , and then I saw your post. Thank you for the insight and beautiful knowledge on this gentle healing crystal

My question is, When you feel pain in your heart chakra , is this part of the opening process ? Am I feeling my negative emotions leaking out ? Do I need to fully open the door to let all of the negative emotions out, in order for it to be replaced with love ?

What I’m really saying is, is feeling pain in ones heart chakra the first step to opening it?

I don’t know much about chakras or stones, but what I sense is yes it is helpful for you to feel so called negative emotions. Let them come, abide and move on. You are grounded and stronger than all that is, and all that will be. Be at peace and be in truth.
