Thumbs up A talk on this thing called 'worry'...

This is directed to those wanting help in manifesting.

Ok, I am not a know-it-all , but I know what I know...
and I know tons about this stupid, ridiculous, useless
thing called 'worrying'.

If I talked in terms of the 'devil', I would say this is one of his masterful tricks he pulls out of
his tool box to distract and derail humans!
(And there are many things in that tool box...lust, pride, jealousy, low self-esteem, doubt....)

There is nothing to worry about.
There is nothing EVER to worry about.
Worry is a useless, negative thing brought about by doubt and fear.

There is nothing to fear.
There is nothing EVER to fear.
(Unless a bear is after you and your adrenaline flows to get outta there, then, fear is
a useful mechanism, of course...in the present moment.)

But we are talking about fearing and worrying about future events.

Do we worry or fear about past events? No.

When the magic of manifesting started happening in my life years ago
it began with never worrying again
...catching the worry pattern in my mind and banishing it over and over for a few weeks...until the pathway
to the worry thought was completely blocked.

As an aside, this happened bec I decided to follow this theme Jesus and Paul were obviously saying,
"Do not worry....be anxious for nothing."
So either I do it , pure and simple, or I don't.
I decided to be a good student and I applied their teaching, advice, instructions, guidance.

If you want to 'manifest', be in control of your life, realize the power
that we were meant
to have as the super beings that we are...
worry must be erased from our vocabulary and our thoughts and thus emotions.
It simply can not exist.

When you start practicing this banishment of worry, you will see just how much others unconsciously try to program 'worry'
into us as a "normal, human, everyday, acceptable experience".

It is not.
It is an aberrant thorn in our spirit created by the lower ego self as much as is jealousy,
lying, cheating or pride are on this spiritual Path...and must be expunged
just as we have cheating or lying in our lives.

When we 'worry'...we are sending a message out to the Universe or God
that we don't 'trust'.
Pure and simple.

When we trust and rely on God or our Higher Self or the Source to give
us what we need and want and desire
...there is never any worry.
Zero.

This is the beginning of manifesting.

Worry, doubt, fear...can never again be allowed in your mind.

Hope this helps someone on this discovery of our powers.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.

Miss Hepburn, I'm in total agreement with what you've said. Luckily I have never been a worrier.

I expect you have read "Me", Hepburn's autobiography (or selective memory as all AB's are). Her parents strictly conformed to moving on from the past, never complaining, being strong and adventurous.
All of the children grew to be strong, self-willed individuals.
Except Katharine's brother, Tom, who committed suicide at age 16.
An inference can be made that Tom felt he could not satisfy his parents and family and with no outlet for his misery because this would show weakness, found a solution.

Some folks can power through issues with determination.
Some need to look things over. This is not weakness, it is simply your path.
I agree with all you say, KH, and further state that operational procedure to locate sources of worry and such can be useful.

We are few of us Katharine Hepburns. But we can all be relatively worry free.

Well, if you set your mind to not worrying for one week, say...
it is very interesting when you worry the first time...you might go on for a few seconds
when you say, "Hey . I'm worrying...wow, Ok, I'm going to just change that thought and stop it."

Then, again, sitting in the sunshine another worry pops up...you may go on a few sentences...when
all of a sudden ,"Hey, what do ya know, I'm worrying AGAIN! Hey, I do that alot!"

Then, you get a bill in the mail, and you start up again, "How am I going to pay this?....
Oh, I'm going to 'be anxious for nothing' '..it will all work out someday...and my worrying
will not help anything. Sooo, I will just stop."

You are changing the pattern already.

Worry doesn't work.
Worry is good for nothing.
Worry is a useless thought form.
Worry is a waste of time.
Worry is the opposite of trust.
Worry solves nothing.
Worry hurts you.
Worry creates bad chemicals in the body.
Worry takes me away from the enjoyment of life.
Worry is worthless.
And on and on....

Worry goes hand in hand with doubt and waivering...you can't manifest
anything when waivering and doubting...
