I remember looking on the web and found some sites
I would say the best way to do them is emerge them your in feelings on how they should be and poor all amazing spiritual values in them they should have in them as runes and what they relate to and their origin
I found wonderful natural pagan like feelings in me and in nature i was in
the woodland i had bonds with from many spiritual adventures i had there for years
so there I went to be guided to find wood from a tree I loved not cut off but a found branch
I did it as holistic one thing , my mood how i did all and where and more like that music i listened to and incense burned
it was an amazing adventure to do :-)
