It sounds like your crown chakra is open. When mine opens it feels like a huge V wide open on top of my head.

Hi Barbara.
The upside down triangle and the red color are associated with the root chakra. It seems to me that the Reiki energy started to work on you from the base.
You are very fortunate to see colors and images; not every one does.
The triangle form it is present in every point of energy in our body and in the universe.
