United w/ t.f. after knowing him 20 yrs.. now I am struggling to get my head around.

OK so I have met some of the souls in my primary soul group but this guy I believe is the twin flame I am supposed to be with (?) & now I am not sleeping. I was sleeping.. but since he has been coming around daily for a few months it is hard to turn my brain off.
He has loved me & wanted to marry me for 20 yrs.. we are now together and I am struggling ... He won't give up on me, which is wonderful..
but any help would be appreciated.
I have met the guys in my primary soul group (I am female).. I ascribe to the 12 per soul group and 144 in larger soul group... this guy I have known the longest & now we are together... why is it so hard to get my head around?
I was able to with the others... & this one seems most compatible yet I am really having a rough time sleeping.. why can't I just stay in my heart with him ? Any relate or advice ?
