The best is to a comfortable place where you feel good. Pause, a meditation recommends that. It's a wonderful meditation app which help you with your feelings and emotions to see life differently.

OK....this is gonna sound odd but I do my best meditation in the car driving down the highway!!
I know...it sounds scary but really its not...its like the meditation part of my mind is independently engaged in the meditation process so to speak...while a lucid part of my brain is driving....weird but it works for me!

I voted Under the stars, where i live there is creeks, rivers and some bushland areas around, i like to go and sit amongst the trees in the dark or by the rivers, its so nice.

I do it indoors in a comfortable place but near water on a beautiful landscape would be incredible!

In bed, with a couple of pillows behind you to prop up your back.
Nice, easy and comfortable. Twice a day morning and evening for 15- 20 minutes will change your life.

I am Prefer this Best Location ereikiportal.com for meditation.This is the best place where you can meditation,self healing,reiki distance healing,reiki healers,spritual healing etc .
