Hi all,

I just thought I'd share my encounter from this morning.
I was doing some yoga after doing the school run today and whilst doing one of the poses I felt something hold onto my hand and then disappear again. I was the only one in the house, I've never encountered anything like that before.
Did I have company whilst practicing yoga?

Hi thanks for the reply.
I was feeling calm and enjoying the session I haven't really practiced enough yoga lately.
One thing that was certainly on my mind yesterday was a friend that passed away recently. I have thought about him an awful lot.
