Those will be interesting for some other folks, I'm certain, but I'll pass on using a premade binaural beat generator of any sort.
I make my own, which isn't actually difficult to accomplish (pick an audible frequency, then take the same frequency and space it from the first equal to the neural oscillation match desired).

On binaural's, I spend my time mostly looking at how it can be manipulated in open air (not headphones, as that is restrictive and limited), off of natural architecture (how form can accomplish creating the binaural beat of interest [such as by using reflection], rather than digital signaling), and/or how binaural beats can be created using droning within musical compositions (somewhat akin to a bagpipe's effect, but instead, employing how a binaural frequency from a drumming pattern in the open air would impact and influence key signatures of musical compositions).

I suspect shamanic drumming accomplishes something like this....
a form of entrainment,of either the heart or brain.

Shamanic drumming has been tested and found to accomplish entrainment, yes.
That is, in fact, the postulation of what part of Stonehenge's design appears to have been for.
To tie it back to the topic; there are valid means of affecting the brain, but a thin plate isn't going to do that by just holding on to it.

Discovered your thread doing a search on " Tesla Purple Plates " and found it interesting and would like to share.

I've been reading about the purple plates for two to three years, and bought my first ones about a year ago.

I started off with the purchase of two small plates, then a month later ordered the large 12"x12", two 5"x7", and 1" diameter pendant.

However, even before I placed my first order, I came across a youtube video where a man named Tom explains how you can make your own " tesla purple plates ". I followed the instructions and made some out of some anodized aluminum, 6"x12" pieces.

I used them to remedy a lower back pain I had at the time, and they worked. The pain was gone by the third day.

So, I ordered the actual Tesla Purple Plates sold commercially ( you can get them from several sources ) . I wore a pendant and kept one plate in my pants pocket, for about nine months. Also kept a large 12"x12" one under my mattress during that time.

Then, I gathered them up, and put them away in a closet and forgot about them.

About two months ago, I developed aches and pains in my muscles, aggravating soreness, also in my knees, hips, and elbow joints. Then, a weird, dull, pain, starting from my left lower hip, upper thigh, and, it got progressively worse as the days went on. When it reached the bottom of my left foot, the center, felt like a constant tickle. It was there when I got up in the morning, and, I noticed it when I'd go to bed.

Thinking about seeing a doctor, I remembered my purple plates, and got them out.

I put the large one under the mattress, and put the two small plates in my back pockets, and put the pendant on. By the third day, my aches and pains were gone, and the dull pain down my leg, and the tickle in the bottom of my foot disappeared.

In my case, my opinion is the tesla purple plates do work, at least on pain, and, I forgot to mention, energy. I had a hard time getting out of bed last three months, and, when using the plates again, i wake up early and get out of bed. This is unusual for me.
