Quarter pounder with cheese and a coke. I don't think I had one of those since the 90's. Look I am in survival mode, I can't be picky.
I am going to make a large garden salad tonight at my sisters house. Brought my cans of veggie soups heehee

made a sort of scramble with sweet potato, peas, corn, chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans, a few eggs, some sesame ginger teriyaki sauce and a bit of italian seasoning. and some avocado on top. so many flavours. so many textures. it was pretty good.

Last night I had Cuban pork marinated in mojito. Sides: Jasmine rice, buttered corn and green beans. It was all delicious, my heart was so happy.

Italian sausage links, mushroom flavored risotto and since I have an abundance of lettuce we will have a huge lettuce and tomato salad.

Am fixing a common meal here: leftover rotisserie chicken, rice with chipotle sauce lightly added to, and fresh perfectly ripe pears for dessert.

Last night was bbq spare ribs because i had a busy day.
Tonight will be fresh antelope steaks cooked on the grill. Yum!

Still haven't had those antelope steaks. Hubby was to tired to grill them. Tonight will be Oriental seasoned antelope with broccoli over cellophane noodles. Love cellophane noodles!!!!

Linen, I haven't had cellophane noodles in ages... there used to be this Chinese food place I went to with work people years ago that had them.
