Was experimenting with avocado and bacon rolls now kale, plantain and salmon salad.

Grilled porterhouse steak, baked potatoes with the works and raw sliced zucchini with ranch dip for hubby and a carrot salad for me.
Hubby gets to grill tonight.
Hubby harvested a deer today so tomorrow I will fix deer liver and onions for me and baked heart for hubby with baked potatoes with onions for both of us. |

That looks a lot more impressive than my rolls. Just using morning rolls which are light and fluffy bread rolls.
Can't say it's that amazing. I can taste the avocado and the bacon (smoked) but they don't really compliment each other. Don't really detract from each other either.
