Meditation time of day
So I have Ben trying to meditate daily or spend more time in meditation in general. The problem is its easiest for me to get on to a meditative state in the morning...which problematic since I have to work most mornings. I have not free time afternoons early evenings but I find it soooo difficult during those times.
Does anyone else have this problem?

There are many meditative States and it sounds like your talking about relaxing (working on your way to trancing).
If that's the case, it could be working in the morning because you are still sleepy (and therefore, relaxed). You might try some relaxation techniques before meditation at other times (always a good idea) such as deep breathing, brief gentle yoga, it even taking a short nap then meditating as soon as you awaken.
Cheers!
