The Spiritually Inclined Are An Evolved Species?

Do you think, is it plausible, that those who are spiritually inclined could be an evolved species?

Spiritually Inclined: ones who can transcend the 5 senses, 3D world, aware & recognize the existence of
alternate universes / parallel dimensions, etc. Ones who are aware of the integral nature of the Universe
& operate on a level that benefits all: humanity, animal kingdom, nature, etc.
Ones whom actions supercede Earthly or selfish desires.

I would suggest that those who are genuinely spiritually inclined are evolved humans, rather than any kind of different species.

Esotericism usually postulates seven kingdoms, of which the human kingdom is the fourth or middle kingdom. The lower three kingdoms are animal, vegetable, mineral. The fifth kingdom (immediately beyond the human kingdom) may be called the spiritual kingdom, and is composed of humans who have attained a certain stage of spiritual development. Members of the fourth and fifth kingdoms when incarnate use the same physical form - ie a human body.

i figure that there are many ways to look at the situation, and that none is
likely to be 100% accurate for all instances; it seems that all generalities
fall short somehow.
i often toy with the idea that humanity is composed of an amalgam varied
energies... seemingly incongruous elements have been combined to form us.
there may well be humans with alien dna in their make up, and/or of angelic
lineage, and/or with fey sensibilities informing their identity.
my belief is that, in point of fact, human-beings are an expression of earth
life, intrinsic to this planet... however, the spirits which animate these forms
might have many and diverse origins.

not quite. to 'evolve' they would need to successfully survive and reproduce themselves at a net rate that eventually diverged from or replaces the lower evolved humans. I do not in general see this happening except perhaps after catastrophic apocalypse when the need to work together with a common future goal in mind becomes paramount. Once they get 'civilization' back on its feet again then the weedy greed genes once again parasitize and take over. it is a cycle has repeated itself many times in human history.

i think its all a matter of genetics.

I think they are part of the human species "Homo Sapien" but different strains of it according to karma and the direct will of Consciousness.

There is Homo Erectus (the sexual being) and I say that sarcastically knowing what a 'Homo Erectus' is.

There is Homo Sapien, the 'self-aware being' knowing that 'yes, I am a human last time I looked' and we are the only species on earth that has that ability - whether it is good or not is debatable...I wonder if a dolphin knows it is a dolphin or merely a creature of the universe or knows only the water in which it swims...or even none of that...

Then there is Homo Sapien Sapiens...and they are the altruistic and philanthropists among us, seeing that yes, not only am I human and have self-awareness of being such, but that allows me to experience empathetic understanding for others of my species and help them out too because my heart is like that.

Then there is Homo Sentiens - knowing that the whole universe is just an expression of the Divine and all creatures should live together in peace and harmony.

Then there is Homo Superior - which doesn't indicate 'superiority' in the whole ego-sense of the word...on the contrary, they don't see themselves as human anymore existing within the preoccupation with needs of the self and are beyond anything Maslow could have ever dreamed up. They are universe/source/God-realised souls existing in a physical body.

Of course there are many types of "Homo......" in between each of these and I used to know them all, but I have long since forgotten.

Generally, are we even aware we're in the midst of evolution. I say no! Is it something you think you would feel if it was happening or happened. You don't even know you have. We observe other's but can't observe ourselves. It would be like looking in a mirror. It seems in the past we have been in the center of evolution or so they say and didn't know it and don't know it today or feel it. Maybe this has to do with keeping good scientific written records with the focus on that and less on religion. They were never in balance in the past. Evolution seems to happen to include everyone as a whole group at the same time and we don't even know it. One reason is because we are in the evolution, not evolved and to us is normal and the change would be in the next generation and not the present. The change so small they would not know either. Then you have teaching, the current generation trying to keep everything the same when it sees differences which I believe is a block to any evolution, the mind. The ego in us if you like. There may be denial to it. Are we brave enough to change? Evolution may also be a choice or decision. Keep in mind evolution is the next generation and I suspect generational conflicts or seeing and not seeing in others and not in ourselves as well as perception of good and evil. The real view is I am not you. Of course not, get over the thought and that's kinda the point. Change is scary...lol. I am thinking of spiritual control which we know is evident in the control and direction of the person in decisions we make. Selfish or selfless. I wish you well on your evolutionary path I was not meant to travel with you at this time.

Does humanity affect (or delay) it's own evolution, not you but (by) someone else. We don't know. If there were to be a change I think we would see some early signs of a few people advancing early. Would we stop it. I would encourage what I saw, others might not. I think attitude affects evolution and may govern it. Others are to evolve, not us. We are what is built upon both positive and negative. We may influence it to.

There was a time when I found the idea of people being from different
species helpful in making sense of the universe.

I didn't see it as "more evolved" and "less evolved" though, but just as an idea that because
people's souls may come from a very different place into this current human incarnation
people can also be sometimes very different from each other - as different as beings
from different species.

But at the moment this idea doesn't seem very important ... right now I find it more
important to try to see the divine spark or spirit or Shiva in every human being.

Evolved in the sense that they've specialised in awareness of their spiritual nature, their inner universes, have developed higher principles and have some kind of spiritual aim - and so on. They have extensive knowledge that the unaware haven't. But...no more than, say, an international musician has specialised and evolved beyond the ordinary in music.
