Aaaw beautiful Gratitude's gemma!
Today I'm grateful for Eggs Benedict breakfast with a dear friend, Music festivals under sparkling sunny skies beside creeks and late evening OBE's with friends!
We used the Solar eclipse to jump forward for the next 4 solar eclipses across North America to see what the future looks like. Interesting stuff! And No, the world doesn't end but there are some very interesting changes. Much gratitude for Hope and the enduring human spirit!

Today I'm grateful for getting some of my work done instead of being sucked into the existential void due to feeling **** about my life. I'm also grateful for multiple other little things.

Such Beautiful Gratitudes from Everyone. The practice of being in the Moment, Noticing and having Gratitude helps us to have more moments where we Notice and experience gratitude.
Today I'm grateful for the flowers in the yards which are still gloriously blooming and the feel of the air today which feels so alive.
