hi,
thanks for allowing me to be a part of your forum.
i just wanted to stop by and introduce myself before having a browse.
im kieren but im widely known as sketchi hence my username, im 31 but look 20 at best, some would call this a blessing but you try to be an integral part of society when everyone assumes your still in school!
but that being what it is, i found that my best defense was to be aggressive, be part of the "in" crowd, i went to prison, i became a drug addict, i did horriffic things and because i "got away with them", by not being caught by the police, i felt really lucky, nay invincible, obviously this is not conducive to peace and love.
needless to say 3 years ago i came out of prison and said no more, i have since been on a journey to discover myself.
drugs no longer have a part in my life and i really wish to achieve what ever i can achieve! sky is the limit
i cant see the future but i can see that if we all work together it'll be a brighter one!

Welcome most in the forums.
To fight drug addiction meditation is best way.
Meditation too gives the same kick as drugs do. but this is divine kick which improve your personality and psyche.
