man's voice that came out of me

I would be so happy if you could give me some good advices.. 💛
I'm 28 years old. a female. :)
i have experienced many spiritual and interesting experiences in my life,
for example, a voice calling my name and there is no one around me, OBE, and more ..
i am also very empath, feeling others emotions and a very high intuitive.
recently i decided to develop my channeling skills and im also meditate a lot.
yesterday, something so weird has happened to me that worries me a bit.

it was 00:00 at night.
i heard a girl's voice, and she shouted into my ear.
we were only me and my boyfriend at the house... and he didnt hear a thing.
After we awoke from our sleep, he told me that when I was asleep he heard a voice came out of me. the voice wasnt mine. He is sure about it, it sounds like an old man's voice.. it was just a voice, without clear words, then i coughed and went back to sleep.
I dont remember any of this...

Should i be worried ?
im still trying to find out what that voice was,
if you had a same experiece i would love to hear.

thank you for your recommend, i will get this books ! ��
lately i have been thinking if all that's happening is a channeling skills.. that I'm actually a medium ...or if it happens to everyone at certain times in life.. :-/
Last week I had another weird thing, i was meditate, and Ii saw many faces of aliens, with long body and very big head end black huge eyes.
two days afterward, every time I blinked, their faces poped into my mind's eye. it was very intensive.
i dreamed about them every day in a week and i saw in my dreams that they were standing above me and just looking at me....
i asked myself if there's something to do with the my channeling skills...

Reality is a very strange place indeed!
I lead groups in OBE experiences, I can't begin to tell you the strange things we've seen and felt!

I recommend some research on channeling, there's a few safety precautions to know, other than that have fun, record sessions, and revel in the wonder of consciousness!
