Just tell yourself multiple times "I'M GONNA BECOME LUCID IN MY DREAMS TONIGHT" 20 times in your head before going to bed. Or go for a WILD, just thinking about it will make it happen.

Yes. One of my most recent lucid dreams began when I was being chased through an old mansion by some unknown person. I climbed out of a three story window and was about to jump. I told myself in the dream that if I were to jump I would die. That's when I realized that I was dreaming. Once I realized this I did not panic or get excited. I jumped from the windowsill and began to fly! It was incredible. I continued to fly through a large field and into the yard of a beautiful house that was decorated for the Autumn season (my favorite time of year). The trees were bright yellow, red, and orange. I was amazed! I never wanted to leave this place. But, I woke up just a few seconds later.

I have to say the best lucid dreaming technique is just to remain calm once you realize you are in fact dreaming. In the past when I've realized I was dreaming, I would automatically wake up. I have trained myself to immediately start flying (my favorite thing to do while dreaming), and then I can get at least a minute or so of freedom to do or create whatever I want!

To help you with astral projection, relax you 61 point of relaxation and if you dont know where they are look on Google images. Relax them the lay down and no matter what do not move (try to convince your body that your sleep) and say to yourself do not go to sleep

I know this is an old post, but I look for a clock. Or anything with a clock on it (last night, a microwave). Once I realize "something isn't quite right about this place," I find a clock. The numbers always melt right off the clock, and when that happens I know it's a dream.

I wonder, do Binaraul Beats and/or Hypnotic Inductions work all that well?

I'm sorry, I accidently made a thread about this not noticing there was a seperate forum specifically for Lucid Dreaming staring me in the face.

I never experienced lucid dreaming until my brain chemistry got attacked.

I was advised that Scientists had studied lucid dreaming and brain chemical responses and began to use the wavelength to study the human mind.

This might be the reason why humanity suddenly began to gain a huge amount of lucid dreaming that was rarely mentioned before...only by Shamans taking drugs.
