Can any thought be Divine/Sacred At All ? Can thought Clear Confusion.

If we observe our pain, emotions, misery, pleasures, fears, seeking and so on, Is all the movement of thought.
The Observer, The self, which is fearful, which is in confusion, in constant conflict between WHAT IS and WHAT SHOULD BE, is created by thought.

Then out of that confusion, anxiety and fear, he wants to do something about it(which creates conflict between the observer and observed, i.e the one who is angry and anger, which is, I am Angry and i should not be angry), to seek something (enlightenment) , meditation , guru and so on to release himself from the burden of thought and conflict. Using the same faculty which is thought.

If one realizes i am in pain or i am in confusion or my mind is chattering, his immediate response is to control it, suppress it, change it, Runaway from it, escape But the controller is just another stream of thought and it goes on continuously and hence we never MEET OUR CONFUSION because we are ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

If one realizes that I AM the one who is confused and hence WHATEVER I will do to control or change this confusion WILL BE STILL OUT OF CONFUSION (Confused Mind). Whatever means meditation, prayer, because if we observe it is another form of escape from the fact that I AM FEAR, I AM CONFUSED.

Then i CANT do anything about it, if i do, it will only nourish the confusion, the ego, the fears, BECAUSE I AM THAT.

Then if one asks then What should we do. Then he is still confused, he has still not seen the fact that HE is the one who is confused and hence cannot do ANYTHING about it. Then he wont ask What should i do. IF one understands it his mind becomes silent because he has met the fact that it CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

In that moment, there is no observer, no controller, no conflict between what is and what should be. Because of the realization that i cannot do anything about it. Then we are free to look, to observe.

It's not really quieting the mind but realization One is not the mind. That One is the Mind of the mind. Pain and suffering of the mind cannot touch the Mind, the One.

I love to watch the mind wrestle with a blatant paradox . . . especially when the mind tries to define itself out of the paradoxical terms.

Where is it in the Bhagavad Gita? I dunno.

Krishna:
Perceive me in every thought.

Be careful - for me that's just Mind Candy.
A distraction that takes me away from my true heart's desire. A trick.

Another thing to do ?

I thought i tried to explain that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO. It is that realization.

Maybe i couldn't convey it properly.

You are exactly right, Miss Hepburn . . . a mind trick.

I know the difference . . . but I can still appreciate the mind and it’s mental power. There is no game here from my end. There *is* a stance . . . beyond mind . . . where’s one’s entire approach to understanding Life around It ( Soul ) changes. There is no doubt . . . there is no opinion . . . there is no demanding statement to believe. There are actual, perceptual signposts to all of this . . . emotional, mental, and most certainly beyond.

There is an old saying . . . if the spiritual student truly knew what lies ahead in his / her quest . . . they would never start. It is a tough, tough battle and . . . interestingly enough . . . made worse by the mind itself.

One of the incredible positions that one learns to hold beyond the mind . . . is that . . . no one wants to listen. No one wants to believe. That lesson in itself holds many necessary and vital lessons within that *must* be learned . . . and lived.

Thanks, tho. I appreciate the “reminder.”

And to answer the question involved . . . yes . . . thought can be used beyond the mental worlds . . . but even then as a secondary tool. Other approaches are used as the main approaches to viewpoint. Without words . . . much of the time just single or double words . . . the Path would be quite impossible.

Here By Self i mean the Ego, an image about oneself, which is memory, which is put together by thought.

Not the Self which are you referring to. You are right.

Simply look at the mind as an instrument to hand over the baton of awareness to the heart after positioning attention at a Satvik frequency and then resting, so that divine magnetism as bliss and spacial silence within may be imbibed and assimilated within form ... the form being a vessel able to containerise momentarily the intensified omnipresent love energy in a manner cognisable to us ... making us thus love enabled for both reception as well as transmission.
