this quote is wonderful to help you realize the most important thing of all
you don't need to do anything to be what you already are
and full acceptance or surrender to what is, is the way to go
but none of this is really true
because true liberation is being free of ALL ideas, including all the ones i posted here  |

ideas or thoughts about how to make your life better, or what direction your life should take... are just that... just ideas...
who would you be without all those ideas???  |
